DEPOSIT & METHODS OF PAYMENT

Forward your booking request online or by fax
We shall respond with your confirmation and allocate your booking reference number.
Thereafter a deposit of R1,000 per passenger.
The balance of the tour price is payable no later than two month prior to departure

When making a direct bank transfer, please ensure that deposit slips are legible and contain the name, current contact number, and booking reference number. Kindly fax a copy of your deposit slip to (021) 633 9019.

Cancellation & Booking Changes
Booking Fee deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. Additional charges will be levied for any direct costs incurred by us in the event of a late cancellation or reduction in the number of guests upon arrival. Once final payment has been received it becomes non-refundable. Cancellations and changes to bookings must be made in writing. No reductions in price or refunds will be honoured unless you are in receipt of a written undertaking from the Manager or Operations Accountant to such effort. Refunds or reductions in price are not permitted for late arrivals or early departures.
